Do It Yourself, or DIY is an invitation  warm that could be translated as "  Do it by yourself  " in French.

It's simply  take action for  stop consuming  things that you can very well do on your own.  And it's definitely more fun!

PS: For most of the recipes I didn't invent them, I got a lot of inspiration from them and I sometimes changed  some ingredients to adapt them to my tastes (which you can also do),  nevertheless they have all been tested beforehand. It was important to point this out.
